 Returns Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the cosmetic product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. – Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. You will be responsible for covering the shipping cost associated with returns

 Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used cosmetic products unless they are defective.

Cancellation: You can cancel your order before shipment for a full refund

Return Process:  To initiate a return, please fill in the order form on our website/contact our customer service team. – Provide your order number, details of the product, and reason for the return.

Return Address: Pepper Square Value Mall (1 Oosthuizen Rd, Bardene, Boksburg,1459).Ensure that the product is adequately packaged to prevent breakage in transit during your return.

 Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will not include reimbursement for the initial shipping charge.

 Exchanges:  For exchanges, we can accommodate unopened and unused products. However, any shipping expenses related to the exchange will not be covered by Coollookbeauty. If the product sustains damage during transit(return), we cannot be held responsible, and an exchange will not be possible. Exchanges cannot be facilitated for products that have been opened or used.

  Final Sale Items: Certain cosmetic products may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please check the product description before purchasing.

Additional Information: We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above criteria or if the return request is made outside of the specified time frame. – Returns that are received without prior approval may not be processed or refunded
